Construction waste recovery
Concrete from demolition and construction sites is processed and reused as a valuable resource instead of being sent to landfills.
Carboclave technology captures carbon dioxide released during the recycling of construction and demolition waste. Instead of being released into the atmosphere, the CO₂ is securely stored as part of the process. This helps Ducon Green produce more sustainable concrete while reducing the carbon footprint of construction.
The UAE generates millions of tonnes of construction and demolition waste every year. At the same time, producing new cement releases large amounts of CO₂ into the atmosphere.
Ducon Green combines advanced recycling with Carboclave carbon capture to turn discarded concrete into new building materials while safely storing CO₂ in the process.
Replacing highly energy-intensive steam heat with a precision high-pressure CO₂ injection matrix.
During this stage, the CO₂ captured with Carboclave technology is injected into the recycled concrete. The carbon reacts with the material and becomes permanently locked within the concrete.
In this stage, the CO₂ injected into the recycled concrete is permanently trapped inside the concrete blocks within a controlled curing chamber. This process locks the carbon into the material, creating strong, durable blocks while preventing the CO₂ from being released back into the atmosphere.
From a demolished high-rise to a permanently sequestered, ultra-durable paving stone.
C&D waste runs through our heavy-duty enclosed crusher, yielding recycled aggregate and minimizing virgin limestone mining.
Captured industrial CO₂ is pumped into chambers under pressure. No intense heat means a lower energy footprint.
Sequestered CO₂ forms a permanent crystalline structure, ensuring mineralized carbon remains solid forever.
Concrete from demolition and construction sites is processed and reused as a valuable resource instead of being sent to landfills.
Carbon dioxide generated during recycling is captured and stored in the Carboclave system, preventing it from being released into the atmosphere.
During curing, the captured CO₂ reacts with minerals inside the concrete and becomes permanently locked within the blocks.

Carboclave technology enables Ducon Green to combine recycling and carbon utilization in a single process. The result is a scalable solution that reduces emissions while producing reliable construction materials.
Blocks Curated Collectively
Eco-friendly concrete blocks manufactured every year using recycled materials and carbon mineralization.
CO₂ Permanently Mineralized
Carbon dioxide captured and permanently embedded within concrete products each year.
CLarge volumes of construction debris are redirected from disposal sites and reused in new building materials.
Recovered minerals from waste concrete reduce the need for newly extracted raw materials.
Waste and emissions are reintegrated into the production cycle, supporting a more sustainable building ecosystem.
